Refund policy

Due to the nature of our products, there are no refunds. We do offer exchanges for any defective discs. Please be clear that these are guaranteed to play in your Blu-ray player or Playstation 4/5. They will not play in X-Box. We are reasonable people, and want happy customers. We will not leave you high and dry.  

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. 

If you receive a disc that does not play on your machine, you can contact us at classictvshop@gmail.com. Please make sure you are using a Blu Ray player or Playstation if you purchased Blu Ray discs. Make sure your player is up to date with the latest firmware.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
